Primaflex is a recycled-rubber product manufactured by BSW of Germany. 

It is an outstanding, multi-functional product, the range includes Everoll, Softstone and Kombi with variations in colour, thickness and density.

Primaflex Ever-Roll and Softstone

Primaflex Everroll is a high-density variation on our standard Primaflex with a smooth surface finish containing attractive coloured granules within the surface.  The sheet material is manufactured from black recycled rubber & brightly coloured EPDM granules fused together with polyurethane. Standard colour options include Red, Blue, Green and Grey. Softstone is produced from a grey virgin polymer again with coloured EPDM granules (Red, Blue, Green etc).

The material is suitable for both External and Internal applications being resilient, durable and slip resistant.  In addition Primaflex offers good sound and shock absorption properties.  Initially the product was designed for Sports Use to include Gymnasia, Golf Club and Ice Rink use where a spike proof/damage resistant surface is required.  However the uses of the material have now multiplied to include most Heavy Duty applications including roof terraces, swimming pool surrounds, factory applications and decorative foyers etc.

Primaflex is available in a number of thicknesses (6,8,10 and 12mm) dependant upon intended end use, with the ability to be ‘loose laid’ or fully bonded to a prepared base.

Primaflex flooring is a heavy duty rubber material that is durable and easy to clean but as warm and friendly underfoot as carpet, in addition, the systems are quick to lay and cost effective. Standing on Primaflex is pleasant and relaxing as it is elastic and it has the added benefit of being sound absorbing.
